Participating in structured movement-based training sessions has been proven to speed up cognitive processes related to convergent (linear) problem solving. Finding or creating practical solutions requires skills of comprehension, concentration and memory; so too does the learning and retaining of movement sequences. The Designed for Concentration sessions develop these skills by incorporating physical and mental techniques into a learning environment that fosters attentiveness - a fundamental talent required when striving to achieve goals successfully. Simple yet effective methods encouraging a focused mind are implemented throughout the session, each of which can be further applied in the workplace.
